At least HS Graduate/ Senior High School Grad(with diploma/Certificate)

Willing to work full-time and in shifting schedule ( NO PART-TIME)

Average to excellent English communication skills

Computer literate and with good web navigation skills

Can start ASAP

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
