Customer Service Representative For Graphic Design

We are currently seeking a Customer Service for Graphic Design to join our team.

Job Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to existing clientsAnswer customer support callsUpdate client database whenever necessaryPromote other products & services whenever necessary Job Qualifications:

With or without call center experience
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Good communication skills both oral and written
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Amenable to work on site
