Job Description:
- Obtain and process information required for the provision of services, such as opening accounts and savings plans
and purchasing bonds
Answer enquiries and resolve problems or discrepancies concerning customers' accountsInform customers of available banking products and services to address their needs. Qualifications: 2nd year College completed / K-12 graduateAt least 6 months of Credit Card/Banking or services role (BPO or non BPO)At least 1 year Call Center Experience
