Job Description
\- Handle all incoming calls for bank account related concerns, fund transfers, banking application support, etc.
- Assist customers in navigating the bank's app and give relevant answers to inquiries on the app.
- rovide excellent customer service at all times while keeping customer information strictly confidential.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Highschool/ Senior Highschool graduate or finished 2nd year college(no back subject)
- Have at least background in the Customer Experience Solutions industry
- Have good English communication skills
- Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Have superb computer skills
- Are willing to work on shifting schedule
