Customer Service Representative (Finance)

We're looking for Customer Service Representatives who are accustomed to responding to customer questions and requests. You must be comfortable with using computers and have experience with customer support.

Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and chat in a timely mannerDocument all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasksEscalate questions and requests to appropriate departments or persons following the guidelines providedProcess forms, applications, and requestsEnsure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support Minimum Qualifications: At least completed 2nd year of collegeAt least 1 year experience in customer service (Finance)Fluent in EnglishQuick and willing learner who can master the details of the work and call-taking techniquesMust be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all timesDemonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficientlyAbility to work well under pressure and think quickly on your feetHas strong verbal and written communication skills
