Customer Service Representative Demand Delivery Account

Job Descriptions:
- Answer inbound calls from customers regarding on-demand delivery orders, including order status updates, delivery issues, payment inquiries, and general account information.
- Provide clear and concise information about our services, delivery areas, estimated delivery times, and any applicable fees.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, striving for a first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Assist customers with placing orders, modifying existing orders, and tracking order progress.
Qualifications:
-At least 6mos international voice experience
-At least 2nd year college completed
-Good to Excellent Communication Skills
