Position: Customer Service Representative

Qualifications:
- High school or Senior High School graduate
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- At least 6 months BPO experience required handling voice account
- Willingness to work onsite
- Ability to start work as soon as possible

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Assist customers with technical issues related to video technology
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

STARTING DATE : OCT 14, 20, 23 , 28
Complexity Allowance = 3,500
Non Taxable Allowance = 2,000
Sign on Bonus = 25,000
