Customer Service Representative (Csr) - Upselling Specialist

Job Summary:
The CSR/Upselling Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while identifying and promoting additional products or services that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a knack for sales.

Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months BPO experience
At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) or SHS Graduate
Wiling to work onsite
