Customer Service Representative (Csr) Open For

**Qualifications**:

- At least_ **6 months of call center experience **_ (_**Voice and International Account**_)
- No BPO experience is also accepted.
- Should be **_amenable to work onsite_** (Base Location: Makati / Training Site: Alabang)
- Okay to work on a **_shifting schedule._**

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolving customer inquiries/requests
- Developing and maintaining accurate files
- Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
- Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
