Customer Service Representative (Csr) - Local Account

Job Qualifications:

At least college level
Must have at least 3 Months BPO Experience
Good listening, verbal and written communication skills
Must be Computer-literated and knowledgeable in MS applications (Word, Excel, PPT)
Willing to undergo training and start ASAP

Job Responsibilities:

Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail
Assisting clients by responding to their questions
Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner
Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer
Providing excellent customer service 24/7

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
