**REASON FOR EXISTENCE**
Responsible for the overall supports of customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints.
Act as front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services and features.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES**
1.
Assist customers on his/her concern accordingly.
2.
Answering phone calls in a polite manner regarding customer's queries and transactions.
3.
Checking of task in Planfix system.
4.
Follow up report from support and technical team to resolve customers concerns and complains in order to provide proper feedback and assistance.
6.
Complete the documentation necessary to track customer's issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends.
7.
Checking the stability of system from time to time to report any technical issues occurred during the transaction of the customer.
9.
Following proper phone call process and etiquette
10.
Answer incoming phone calls from customers and clients and identify the type of assistance needed.
11.
Focus on resolving issues on the first call, navigating through computer systems to identify the status of the issue and provide appropriate response to caller.
12.
Perform other duties that may assign by superior from time to time

**QUALIFICATIONS**
1.
Preferably college graduate of any degree or 2 years associate degree, or at least college level.
2.
Basic computer literacy.
3.
Good in oral and written communication.
4.
Good in analytical & comprehension skills.
