Customer Service Representative (Csr)

We are looking for fresh college graduates or those new to call center industry who can assist in our Airline account.
We are looking for people that can take on these various responsibilities such as:

- Listening and assisting customers in problems they may encounter with client services
- Assisting customers with the processes and resolving any further issues
- Promote and sell certain packages offered by client.
- Build and maintain good rapport and improve on the services provide

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must be a College Graduate in a 4-year Course
- Must be Fully Vaccinated
- No Call Center Experience Required

**Salary**: Up to Php24,000.00 per month
