Customer Service Representative (Csr) Baguio Up To

At least 18 years of age
- A Filipino citizen or hold relevant status
- Must possess basic web navigation skills
- With good-excellent communication skills
- Must be conversant, energetic and emphatic, able to ask logical questions
- Able to multi-task
- Must have an ability to understand the customer's needs.
- Willing to start immediately
- Preferably with call center experience, but not required as long as communication skills requirement is met.
- Must be amenable to work on shifting and graveyard schedule in Teleperformance
- **at least 6 months of Call Center experience**
