Customer Service Representative (College Fresh Graduates)

About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities: Customer Support: * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. * Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and policies. * Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and professionally. * Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments. Problem-Solving: * Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions. * Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. * Develop and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
