The available position is for a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to assist customers through various channels such as phone calls, chats, and emails. This includes addressing customer needs, following company and client procedures and policies, clarifying information, providing suitable solutions, building rapport with customers, ensuring proper documentation, and meeting established targets.
This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package, including HMO coverage from day one, a 20%-night differential, allowances, and incentives. Specific salary details will be discussed directly with the client.
