Job Description of Balikbayan Customer Service Representative
A Customer Service Representative supports customers/clients by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. You will be the front line of supports for our clients/customers and ensures that they are satisfied with our services. As a Customer service, your duties and obligations generally includes answering phone calls and e-mails, as well as responding to customer questions and complaints.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Attend to queries and concerns of the customers/clients.
• Documentation: preparation of delivery receipts.
• Updating POD (proof of deliveries).
• Monitoring of status of delivery of Balikbayan boxes.
• Reporting: preparation of unloading and monitoring reports.
• Cross-checking of actual boxes based on the manifest provided by the shipper.
• Dispatcher: providing help on in dispatching the deliveries from the warehouse.
• Per-area manifest: preparation of manifest per area/region.
Job Qualifications
• Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
• Must have at least one (1) year of Customer Service experience.

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
