Customer Service Representative - Bacolod

TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently looking for fluent English speakers to join our team as customer service representatives at our Bacolod location. You have the option to start either in June or July 2024.

The hiring process takes just one day and will be conducted after the initial call.

To be considered for this position, you need to meet the following requirements:

Minimum age of 18 years.

High school diploma or completion of senior high school.

College completion or graduation is a plus.

Prior call center experience is not mandatory but having at least 6 months of BPO experience for Alternative Learning System (ALS) graduates is needed.

Willingness to work on-site during the graveyard shift and on a shifting schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

As a customer service representative, your main responsibility will be assisting customers by addressing their needs and concerns and providing appropriate solutions. This will involve following company and client policies and processes, understanding customer requirements, clarifying information, and delivering accurate solutions. Building rapport with customers and going the extra mile to engage them will be crucial. Proper documentation and maintaining productivity will also be part of your duties. There may be opportunities for sales activities, and meeting set targets will be expected. It's important to note that this is a full-time position.
