Customer Service Representative - Automobile Account

Are you excited about providing top-notch service to customers? We're looking for a dynamic person to join our team. They will be a Customer Service Representative in the heart of Makati-Ayala. They will work on our Automobile account.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customers. Give correct information and solve problems with a friendly attitude.
Handle incoming calls and emails about car products. Make sure customers are happy with clear communication.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, updating information as needed.

Needed Qualifications:
Must have 6 months of call center experience. Or, you need 1 year of customer service experience in any industry.
Good communication skills
