As a Call Center Audio Account Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers of our audio equipment.
Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving technical issues, and promoting sales.
You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and online chats from customers who are experiencing technical difficulties, seeking information about products, or placing orders.
