Job Description:

Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Service Officer to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their inquiries.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
7. Identify and report any trends or issues affecting customer satisfaction.
8. Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong time management and planning abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
