CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

 

Role

Answer customer inquiries and concerns from all forms of company mode of communications.
Provide excellent customer service experience to customers.
Document all interactions for reports creation.
Assist in-person customers on their inquiries and concerns.
Assist customers on app technical concerns.
Assist sales administrator in lead generation when available.
Performs other duties as assigned related to role

or as needed.Skill Requirement

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Office software tools such as MS Word, Excel, etc.
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience Requirement

At least a graduate of any 4 year college degree.
Preferred requirement

Highly adaptable to a fast paced environment.
Knowledge in Pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
