Customer Service Officer (Cebu)

A Customer Service Officer's primary responsibility is to maintain a positive relationship with the customers.
This function must be performed while ensuring that the Company's policies and procedures are adhered to.
Job Qualifications:

- Graduate of any business course
- Atleast 5 years of experience in a Real Estate Industry or Customer Service Industry and has handled complex complaints under pressure.
- With good oral and written communication skills
