Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints.
Your role involves providing information about products and services, taking orders, processing returns, and ensuring excellent service standards to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the established timeline.
Maintain accurate customer records by updating account details as needed.
Process orders, applications, refunds, or exchanges.
Provide information about products, services, and policies.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and resolve issues.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate manager or department.
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are fully met.
Stay updated on product and service knowledge to provide accurate information.
Gather customer feedback and report trends or concerns to improve processes.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven experience in a customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, or related tools.
A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
