Customer Service

Graduate of any 4 years course
Atleast 2 years experienced in logistics company and knowledge in handling import is advantage
Knowledge in import can work with minimal supervision, skilled at handling multiple task, pro active in attending emails, attention detailed, fast learner, dedicated to assigned given task
Lead and supervise a team of dedicated customer service
Develop understanding of customer's need and take actions to ensure that such needs are met.
Ensure team follows customer service processes from oder entry to the delivery of goods.
Monitor team for achievement of the best results
Review shipping documents and other payment terms and provide input to the customs declarant and finance department
Determine best solutions for the issues if any escalated by the customers
Provide backlog analysis and ensure accuracy of data provided to customer service manager and finance team for forecasting process
Liaise with stakeholders(Customers, sales manager and logistics personnel)
Coordinate with the customers for the delivery schedule.
