QUALIFICATIONS: 10/10 English fluency with American accentWritten & oral with US accent or has "twang" when speakingAt least 5 years experience in customer service/client service mainly supporting retail clientsExperience with luxury brands is an advantageMust be residing within or near Metro ManilaAside from resume, please include 1-2 minute video/voice clip in the endorsements SALARY OFFER: At least 1 year contract under EPS ManagementHMO w/out dependents; enrolment on 1st dayMax Basic is PHP50,000 + 13th month WORK SET-UP: Remote work, and laptop will be providedMust have stable internet connection at homeWork Hours: Eastern US time zoneWill be working on weekends and Philippine public holidays
