Customer Service Associate With Collections Account Experience

Are you an experienced professional ready to take your career in customer service to the next level? We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a background in collections to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving account issues, and supporting their needs—all while ensuring timely and effective collections follow-ups.
This position is perfect for candidates with at least 6 months of experience in collections, either locally or in an international BPO setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions through phone, email, or chat, focusing on account and collections-related concerns.
Perform outbound calls for collections follow-ups while maintaining professionalism and adherence to compliance guidelines.
Provide clear, accurate, and effective communication to resolve customer issues and inquiries.
Meet and exceed service-level metrics, including quality, productivity, and compliance standards.
Document all customer interactions and account updates in the system.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify process improvements.
Qualifications:
At least 6 months of experience in a collections account or agency, either locally or in an international BPO setting.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
Familiarity with collections processes and compliance regulations is a plus.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
