This part-time position is ideal for an individual with at least four years of customer service experience who is ready to leverage their skills in a supportive and innovative work environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

- **Problem Resolution:** Utilize strong negotiation skills to resolve customer issues effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of Taxumo's services and products to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.

- **Documentation:** Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in accordance with company policies.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments to escalate complex issues and streamline processes for improved customer service.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Assist in the development of customer service best practices and contribute to the improvement of service offerings through customer feedback.

- **Training and Development:** Participate in training sessions and ongoing education to enhance skills and expertise in customer service and Taxumo's services.

- **Adaptability:** Embrace changes and adapt to new processes, tools, and customer needs, demonstrating flexibility in a rapidly evolving environment.

- **Performance Metrics:** Meet established performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** A minimum of 4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.

- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
