**Job Summary**:
You will interact with the customers daily through various channels and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
Most importantly, to have a deep knowledge of how our services work.
A representative who anticipates and resolves client concerns with the goal of exceeding each clients expectations, no matter how large or small the request.
A representative who can probe and discover the needs of the customer and recommend the appropriate service and is still willing to go through extensive training and continued education.
**Responsibilities**:
Update Ticketing System
Account Generation - Setting up an account for new customers.
Maintains database by entering new and updated customer information
Basic Shipping and account inquiries (excludes billing concerns)
Provide best shipping rates and complete the booking process Shipment Tracking and Status Inquiry (Proactive/Reactive)
**Requirements**:
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
With 2 years of BPO Customer Service experience is an advantage
Experience in shipping and logistics is a plus
Enthusiastic individual who has a keen eye for details
Proficient with the navigation of multiple web-based tools and Microsoft Office
Proficient in MS Excel
