Partial management of the VenueScanner Customer Success system (Intercom) managing inbound queries, triaging queries and making sure customers are responded to in a timely and friendly manner offering an amazing customer experience
Answering the phone and helping customers / sending to relevant team members
You'll learn to be an absolute expert in how the VenueScanner platform works - able to guide customers through their VenueScanner journey to enquiry - positively impacting conversion
Passionate about venues and events you'll source venues to send out to customers requesting recommendations for both private and corporate events
Assisting the operations team in various ad hoc functions.
Be organized, productive and consistent in meeting activity, quality, conversion, and retention KPIs
**Requirements**:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English both written and verbal - you're passionate about helping people
Organization skills for managing multiple customer queries simultaneously
A self-motivator with high energy to deliver consistent results and an entrepreneurial spirit
Able to work autonomously when needed with great organizational skills - able to prioritize your workload
Happy working at pace and undaunted by a fast moving environment
You love working as part of a team and conduct yourself with kindness and integrity within the workplace
Graduate (with some work experience) - 1+ years experience in a client facing role part of an English speaking environment would be a bonus
