Job Description

Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Qualifications And Requirements

Experience working customer service in previous ecommerce positions - Handling of escalated tickets
Worked for previous beauty brands is preferred
Zendesk experience
Fluent english
Flexible with working PM, Moonlight/Graveyard shifts
University degree
Excellent written communication skills
Excellent comprehension and problem solving skills
Ability to achieve and exceed KPI and Customer Satisfaction targets
Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
Positive attitude
People oriented - 1 to 2 years customer service experience
Excellent typing skills (grammar structure, typing speed, spacing, formatting, capitalization) - Friendly personality
Willing to WFH - with Existing internet connection
