- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide peer support and share knowledge to foster a collaborative environment.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and relay valuable insights to management to improve services and customer satisfaction.
- **Continuous Learning:** Participate in available training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service best practices.
### **Requirements:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- **Experience:** No prior experience required; however, a passion for customer service is essential.
