- At least N3 JPLT level
- BS Industrial Engineering or any related field; with 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing company.
- Excellent in analytical skills and attention to details.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High knowledge and experience in Excel Application and other MS applications.
