**Job Description:**

LBC Express Holdings, Inc., a leader in logistics and courier services, is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Customer Service Assistants. ### Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Engagement:** Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Provide timely and effective assistance to inquiries related to our services, shipment processes, and pricing.

- **Problem Solving:** Identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions. Actively listen to customer feedback and concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.

- **Order Processing:** Accurately process customer orders, handle billing queries, and track shipments. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- **Support Sales Efforts:** Assist the sales team by promoting LBC services and products to potential customers. Conduct follow-ups on leads and help close sales through effective communication and negotiation.

- **Documentation Management:** Maintain organized records of customer information, transaction histories, and case resolutions in our database. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and contributes to efficient order fulfillment.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments (e.g., logistics and operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise during the customer service process.

- **Training and Development:** Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge, customer service skills, and familiarity with company policies and procedures.

- **Environmental Initiatives:** Support LBC's sustainability initiatives by promoting eco-friendly practices, both internally and with our customers.

### Requirements:

- **Education:** A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or certifications in customer service, business, or communication is a plus.

- **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role. Experience in the logistics or courier industry is advantageous.
