Job Description:
Uproot Urban Farms is seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall success of the customer service department
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and preferences
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
