Job Description:
Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a driven and reliable Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.2. Handle incoming calls and emails from customers with professionalism and courtesy.3. Process orders and ensure accurate billing and delivery.4. Assist in maintaining customer records and updating databases.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service.2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
