Responsibilities:
Order Taking:
Professionally answer incoming calls, greeting customers and introducing yourself.
Carefully and accurately record customer orders, upselling or suggesting additional items when appropriate.
Clearly repeat the order back to the customer to confirm accuracy.
Process orders promptly and efficiently in the restaurant's ordering system.
Customer Service:
Respond to customer questions regarding menu items, restaurant policies, and promotions.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders promptly and professionally.
Handle any customer concerns or issues with empathy and professionalism.
Strive to provide a positive and memorable customer experience on every call.
Data Entry & Annotation:
Accurately enter customer order data into the provided system.
Annotate recordings as per established guidelines, using a natural conversational tone and ensuring minimal background noise.
Follow scripting requirements for consistent service quality.
Additional Tasks:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of restaurant menus, promotions, and policies.
Adhere to all company procedures and standards for order processing and customer service.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent English Communication: Fluent spoken and written English skills are essential for clear communication with US customers.
2. Customer Focus: A friendly and patient demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional service.
3. Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately record and input customer information.
4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
6. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computer systems and restaurant ordering software.
7. Typing Skills: Proficient typing for efficient data entry.
8. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
9. Prior experience: (Preferred but not required)
At least 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably in a BPO – Even no experience
