Customer Sales Engineer

The Role You will be responsible for : Collaboration with Sales TeamDeliver technical presentations and demonstrations of TapTalent to showcase its features and benefits.Participate in customer meetings alongside sales representatives to provide technical insights and answer technical questions.Managing customer trials.Provide training to customers as part of customer onboarding.Conduct regular check-ins with customers to review their product experience and progress, and address any concerns.Driving adoption by encouraging customers to fully utilize the product by highlighting features and demonstrating the value.Ideal Profile Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.Proven experience in software marketing or a similar sales role.Exceptional skills in delivering presentations and conducting demos.Experience in configuring systems for product demonstrations.Strong English communication skills and interpersonal skills.Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.Customer-focused with a passion for engaging and persuading clients.Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.What's on Offer?
