Position: Customer Retention Specialist / Sales Specialist
Location: Metro Manila – Taguig, Fort Bonifacio (McKinley)
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule, Onsite
Salary Range: PHP 17,000 – PHP 22,000 (Basic Salary)

Job Overview:
The Customer Retention Specialist will play a crucial role in our sales-focused team by retaining customers who are considering discontinuing their services. You will use advanced product knowledge and effective sales techniques to understand customer dissatisfaction, address their concerns, and secure their continued business. This role also involves growing customer engagement through product positioning and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Retain customers by identifying their concerns and offering tailored solutions
Utilize sales techniques to promote products and increase customer satisfaction
Build and maintain relationships with customers to secure long-term retention
Qualifications:

At least 6 months of BPO sales experience (upselling experience preferred)
Strong communication skills (good to excellent)
Extensive sales experience in customer-facing roles
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate
Must be residing within Metro Manila
Willing to work full onsite at McKinley, Taguig City
Must have all necessary requirements ready
