Providing support: CSRs help customers by providing information about products and services, processing orders, and resolving complaints

Managing customer issues: CSRs take ownership of customer problems and are the single point of contact for all inquiries. They troubleshoot problems, escalate issues to the relevant teams, and document solutions

Following up with customers: CSRs follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchases and to collect feedback

Anticipating customer needs: CSRs anticipate customer needs and provide effective solutions

Maintaining records: CSRs maintain records of customer interactions
