Customer Relations Officer

Responsible as the main contact person in preventive maintenance and warranty.

Provide answers to general warranty inquiries.
3.
Assist in all related application queries.
4.
Proactive call for customer maintenance schedule.
5.
Follow-up calls in a specific period.
6.
Responsible for dissemination of information to customers.
7.
Handle and endorse customer complaints and inquiries.
8.
Maintain customer database.
Qualifications*
1.
Graduate of any business course.
2.
Preferably with background or experience in customer service.
3.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4.
Proactive, self-motivated, and keen to learn.
5.
Proficient in Microsoft applications.
