The Customer Relations Executive is responsible for managing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures essential customer service functions are carried out.Acts as a bridge between customers and different departments.Engages proactively with customers, promptly addressing their inquiries and issues via Live Chat, Email, or Phone.Effectively resolves customer complaints by thoroughly analyzing situations and identifying necessary resources for mutually beneficial resolutions. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields preferred.Proficiency in both English and Korean languages (spoken and written).Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.Problem-solving skills to analyze situations and find appropriate resolutions.Experience in using customer service software and tools to manage interactions and track issues.Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Team player with the capability to collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction.Adaptability and resilience in handling challenging customer situations.
