Customer Relations Assistant

Job Summary:
Interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.
Also responsible in the handling of customer requirements on domestic transaction and revolves customer's complaints.
Maintenance of accounts through excellent servicing.
This includes development of good business relationships with internal customers, external customers/suppliers, truckers, and agents.
Job Qualifications:
1.
College graduate preferably Business, Marketing, or any equivalent course.
2.
With at least 2 years of related experience in warehouse operations.
**Salary**: From Php16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Muntinlupa City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
