Customer Quality Engineer

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
-B.S. in Engineering, preferably ECE, Chemical, Manufacturing, Electrical and Mechanical degree
-At least with 2yrs CQE or related working experience in Electronics/Semicon
-Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing process is an advantage
-Can lead customer audits, internal audits and related quality management audits.
-Can effectively handle customer complaints with good analytical and critical thinking skills.
-Capable in conducting, leading and generating: 8D, Control Plan, FMEA, Integrating Customer Specs to Internal Specs.Able to demonstrate the use of statistical and analytical tools.
-With excellent communication skills.
-Excellent in MS office application
-Knowledgeable in Minitab/SAS-JMP application
-Knowledgeable in Automotive (IATF) requirements, PPAP, APQP is an advantage
-Project Management experience is an advantage
-Amenable to work on a shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
