**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Delivering insight-led marketing communications to support achievement of business plans
Building the brand health of the company as a digital leading bank
Driving efficiency of marketing spends
Building and leading a high performing team, both direct and via agency partners

**JOB QUALIFICATION**
- Development of marketing plans
- Allocation of marketing spend
- Media planning and optimisation
- Creative execution and optimisation
- Team resources management (both direct and agency partners)
- More than 5 years leadership of marketing and/or customer development functions
- Leading the development of market and customer propositions
- Knowledge of all facets of banking, including assets and liabilities
- Shifting perception from a Mono Product bank to a Full Scale Bank
- Leveraging global best practice to implement best in class marketing activity
- Track record of developing strategic partnerships to drive business forward
- Ability to build relationships with technology partners to derive ROI of marketing
- Engaging entire organisations and getting them to buy-in to the marketing 'mission'
- Managing a P&L or significant marketing budget
- 'Testing and learning' of marketing activity to continually improve performance
- Proven experience in leveraging customer intelligence to create engaging and effective marketing communications
- Proven experience in working with PR and internal communications to create truly integrated marketing propositions
