Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to enhance our customers' experience by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and implementing effective solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilty
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in the development of customer experience initiatives and programs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in customer service or customer experience roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Assigned at F2 Logistics Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
