CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OFFICER
(STA. MARIA, BULACAN)

> Graduate with bachelor's degree
> At least one (1) year of related work experience preferably in a related industry
> Proficient in MS Office
> Must be knowledgeable in managing incoming calls, billing inquiries, trouble, and after-sales.
> Must be customer-oriented and good at identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
> Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.
> Must be knowledgeable in the collection process.
