We are looking for a **Customer Experience Officer** who is often the first port of call for customers to answer any in-bound questions, to develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn.
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Accounts and CS teams for any client and / or customer related requests and concerns
- Assist Accounts and CS teams to prepare client reports which includes data analysis, report generation, and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure data is accurate and up to date
- Assist key accounts concerns after hours and / or weekends if and when necessary
- Ensure that clients and / or customers are updated on a timely basis
- Work with internal teams to ensure communication is streamlined and all customer / client concerns are attended to

**Skill and Qualifications**:

- Entry level with 1 year experience in Customer Service (interns are welcome)
- Intermediate communication and written skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Organized and process oriented with a keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with tools such as Freshdesk, Freshchat, Jira, and / or Clevertap is a plus but not required.

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per year
