As a Customer Engagement - Client-Based, you will be responsible for effectively gathering and validating information on certain subjects. You will ensure that the data about the subject has gone through the proper processes and that all data acquired and reports generated are accurate, well-edited, well-presented, and submitted to the client at the agreed turnaround time.

The Client-Based role aims to ensure that the necessary information and papers are acquired and endorsed on time by client standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as the main point of contact between the client and CIBI (Operations, Sales, and Customer Engagement)
Ensure that all completed information / documents needed must be endorsed to CIBI on time
Monitor all pending documents / information to pursue ticket / verification process
Ensure security of every gathered information / documents following the Data Privacy Act of 2012
Ensure security of all assigned devices (CIBI and Client)
Must follow all client's company policies while at the client's office. (Wearing ID/ Badge at all times, English-only Policy, etc.)
Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints and needs.
Keep track of all processes that pertain to the client's requirements, metrics, and portfolio.
Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting client data
Communicate with the client on a regular basis any discrepancies and/or lacking requirements in the endorsements sent by the client.
Act as Ambassador of CIBI in client meetings and process alignment
Performs other functions related, analogous, and pertinent to the preceding enumeration as may be assigned by superiors from time to time



CORE COMPETENCIES:

Preferably with 1-2 years' previous experience in the same work capacity/ role (e.g HR Onboarding Specialist, Client Onboarding Specialist, etc)
Preferably a Graduate of any Business or related courses.
Has good communication and listening skills to communicate efficiently to both internal and external customers.
Has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Knowledge of the ZOHO Forms App is a plus
Knowledge in GMail, GDrive, GSheets, Excel
Can systematically monitor progress and developments in the endorsements
Willing to work on the graveyard shift if needed
Willing to be assigned (on the field) on each client site
