Customer Development Officer - 1 Year Experience

JOB DESCRIPTION
A Customer Development Officer establishes rapport and product confidence with customers. The position communicates the business brand and solicits customer opinions and suggestions. He/ She also maintains good customer relationships.
Functions: Contacts new customers and completes customer call sheets referring to customer satisfaction, suggestions for improved service, customer referrals, reorder reminder calls and product information.Ensures that uncovered customer needs and problems are properly communicatedUpdates knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time, various marketing promotional services and similar data as requiredHitting sales target and implement systematic selling JOB QUALIFICATIONS College Graduate in any course but undergraduates with relevant sales experience may applyWith 1-3 years' experience is an advantage in the fieldExcellent customer service skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills.With high sense of responsibility and integritySALARY RANGE: Php 14,000-15,000/ month + incentive + commissionWORK LOCATION: Mandaue City, CebuWORK SCHEDULE: Mondays - Fridays only
