We are looking for a competent and customer-focused individual to join our team. As a Customer service Representative, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving problems, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will serve as the main point of contact for consumers and play a vital role in ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities of Chat Support Associates:
Responding to Customer Inquiries: Engage customers in real-time chat conversations, providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Assist consumers with troubleshooting technical issues, product inquiries, and service-related issues. Analyze problems, ask penetrating questions, and lead customers through the implementation of step-by-step solutions.
Providing Product/Service Information: Provide comprehensive information about a product or service's attributes, pricing, specifications, and availability. Assist consumers in making informed purchase decisions by supplying accurate and pertinent information.
QUALIFICATIONS: Proficient in understanding different levels of English comprehension.High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Empathetic and patient with exceptional interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Skilled in using customer service software and CRM systems.Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.Should possess a foundational knowledge of different IT terminologies and demonstrate comfort in working with them.
